· Cash or e-transfer is accepted. Sorry, no cards at this time.
· A late fee of $20 will be added to your bill if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and rescheduling will be required.
· Any cancellations/rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
· One time complimentary replacement on every gem that falls off naturally within 1 month of the appointment.
· No refunds.
